Job Summary
Oversee and lead the development and deployment of key strategic digital product solutions for EVERSANA, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital growth strategy. Act as a strategic partner to ESS clients, activating internal teams to drive awareness, sales, and service activation. Lead the Omnichannel Advisory Council, manage member engagements, synthesize feedback, and plan events while supporting the Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream. Manage program-level priorities and milestones, defining project approaches in partnership with account, strategy, and PMO teams across divisions. Direct the execution of Sales & Marketing plans, oversee work plans and timelines, and allocate budgets to maximize operational effectiveness. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Lead, mentor high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Pharma Ad agency exp
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions
- 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management (managing project managers) as well as Agile teams
- Well-versed in Agile framework and rolling our Agile to an organization
- 10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and produce reports in a timely manner
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Proficiency in common software applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers
- Travel (10%)
