Job Summary
Own the operational cadence and rhythm for the CST LT, including weekly check-ins, monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and extended leadership reviews. Design meeting agendas, manage planning, and ensure follow-ups for all operating mechanisms. Serve as a liaison between the CST OU President and senior leaders, preparing presentations and reports in partnership with the VP of Strategy, CFO, and Communications leader. Own and advance the CST Strategy and Transformation agenda, leading the development of longer-term strategic plans and monitoring progress on key initiatives and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of managerial experience
- Advanced degree
- Minimum of 13 years prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of managerial experience
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or PhD or relevant Master's degree
- 3+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent experience in business strategy focused on growth, strategy or commercial
- 5+ years of domain experience in Medical Devices, digital surgery, product development, specifically in orthopedics or Spine
- Successful track record in strategy development, analysis and planning
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and corporate development processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Highly collaborative, teamwork-oriented, low ego working style
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a hands-on manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Articulate and persuasive when speaking
- Able to convey ideas effectively to any audience
- Experience navigating ambiguity within a complex organization
