Job Summary
Own and execute the national Sales strategy to accelerate growth in participating dealers and funded loan contracts. Set and monitor sales objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations while identifying opportunities to expand market share and increase dealer penetration. Lead the Sales organization by recruiting, developing, and coaching high-performing sales leaders; establish clear expectations, accountability, and career development opportunities throughout the team. Strengthen relationships with automotive dealers to increase participation and loyalty, serving as the senior representative for key dealer partnerships. Partner closely with Risk, Funding, Dealer Relations, Sales Training, and Technology to improve products, processes, and the dealer experience. Establish meaningful sales metrics and reporting to provide visibility into performance, while leveraging technology and data to improve sales productivity and execution. This highly visible leadership role requires approximately 1–2 weeks of nationwide travel per month to support the Sales organization across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and scaling a Sales organization
- Demonstrated success driving dealer growth, production, market expansion, or other measurable sales growth
- Experience developing sales strategies, organizational structures, performance metrics, and incentive programs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent-development skills
- Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while building a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive finance, indirect lending, consumer finance, fintech, automotive retail, dealer services, or a related industry
- Experience working with a dealer receivables management or dealer finance business model
- Knowledge of automotive dealer operations and dealer finance
- Familiarity with DealerCenter
- Familiarity with the Nowlake Group of Companies
- Master's degree preferred
