Senior Director of Product | Payment Platform & Experiences

Job Summary
Own the company-wide payments product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Payment Platform & Experiences, including merchant provisioning through billing and payer experiences. Lead cross-functional execution to drive adoption, digitization, and growth in payment volume, with a focus on reducing friction and ensuring safety, compliance, and trust across features. Role spans payments platform capabilities and end-to-end experiences for firms and their clients; seeks a senior product leader with payments expertise and a passion for UX innovation, including leveraging AI to reshape value exchange for professionals and their clients. Preferred location is Austin, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management
- 5+ years leading payments/fintech/financial services products
- Deep understanding of payment systems (processing, settlement, compliance)
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, RevOps, CX)
- Experience in B2B SaaS serving SMB to enterprise; professional services background a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to craft a long-term vision and translate into incremental delivery
