Job Summary
Lead the measurement and outcomes product portfolio for premium video, defining and delivering an outcomes engine that drives measurable performance improvements, advertiser confidence, and sustained revenue growth. Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across multiple interconnected product suites; translate advertiser, agency, publisher, and partner needs into prioritized roadmap; build and mentor a multi-platform PM team; establish standards for discovery, business case development, and execution artifacts; represent products with executive stakeholders and external partners; oversee lifecycle from inception to marketplace introduction; drive ROI, KPI definition, and ongoing performance management; collaborate across product, engineering, revenue, and client services to resolve issues and accelerate growth; maintain a culture of inclusion, customer focus, and operational excellence; must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management for advertising or marketing technology platforms, with experience operating at scale
- 5+ years managing staff and fostering careers
- Deep experience leading measurement, attribution, or conversion product areas in CTV, DSP/SSP, retail media, or adjacent performance media
- Experience with pixels, CAPIs, server-to-server event ingestion, and first-party/offline conversion onboarding
- Experience with privacy-safe data collaboration, consent, governance, and partner onboarding
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of programmatic ad tech ecosystem and monetization strategies
- Knowledge of decision sciences and optimization models
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across multiple product suites
- Experience building and leading a high-performing product organization
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists on technical design discussions
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and external partners
