Senior Director of Product

Develop and articulate a clear, multi-year product strategy for PetPlace and 24Pet that advances animal health and wellness across DTC consumer experiences and B2B platforms for shelters, rescues, and veterinary professionals. Lead roadmap creation, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and oversee end-to-end delivery of products supporting pet parent journeys and professional workflow tools. Build and mentor a mission-driven team of product leaders and UX designers while fostering a collaborative culture between Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Lead Scaled Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and portfolio reviews to ensure transparency and alignment across multiple brands. Define success metrics measuring outcomes such as improved shelter throughput, efficiency, engagement, and platform reliability. Partner with executive leadership and key industry partners to validate product direction and strengthen long-term relationships.
