Job Summary
Lead the creation, development, and execution of seasonal prints, patterns, and colors from concept through production handoff. Source and develop textiles according to design direction and aesthetic while managing divisional price parameters and mark-ups. Collaborate with design, CAD, and outside studios to establish cohesive, brand-appropriate print selections that incorporate new and repeat bestselling standards. Proactively monitor market trends, counter source production challenges, and manage ENCAD requests to ensure timely showroom appointments and accurate artwork matching. Prepare all prints for production-ready form and strike-off while maintaining strong relationships with the costing team to monitor costs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum 10 years' experience, and proficiency in Excel.
