Job Summary
Senior Director of Operational Excellence leads HSE and Quality functions and deploys The MCG Way across EECOE operations. Drives strategy deployment, process discipline, and continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Oversees implementation of SMS and QMS, regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO 9001/14001/45001), audits, certifications, and corrective actions. Guides site-level safety and quality leaders, leads kaizen events, problem-solving, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and performance management. Builds operational capability across multiple facilities, mentors leaders, and ensures consistent application of Lean principles, standard work, and structured problem solving. Partners with Central Operations to align with enterprise standards and drive measurable improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
