Job Summary
Own the Casago brand by setting national strategy, governing visual standards, and stewarding the franchise marketing fund to drive network-wide impact. Build and maintain brand systems that equip local operators while deploying pooled dollars with transparent reporting and clear ROI. Partner cross-functionally with Franchise Operations and web teams to enable homeowner awareness, direct bookings, and turnkey local marketing playbooks. Stand up AI-first martech infrastructure and lead a high-leverage team to own brand health, CAC, and ROAS. This 100% remote role reports to the COO and requires 10+ years of marketing leadership with experience in franchise or marketplace environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing
- 5+ years leading teams
- Track record of owning both brand and performance/demand generation at scale
- Experience in a multi-location, franchise, marketplace, hospitality, travel, or real estate environment
- Marketing to two audiences at once (supply and demand)
- Hands-on experience managing a franchise marketing fund, co-op ad fund, or pooled marketing budget
- Transparency and franchisee buy-in required for fund management
- Real brand-building instincts
- Deep performance fluency in paid media, SEO, lifecycle, attribution
- Comfort in creative review and spreadsheet
- Proven cross-functional leadership
- Ability to align operations, franchise-facing teams, and web/product partners
- Demonstrated adoption of AI and automation
- Sound financial stewardship
- Comfort owning a meaningful budget

- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions)
- Lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
- Possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is prohibited
- Valid driver's license (if driving personal or company vehicle required)
- At least 18 years of age (if driving personal vehicle required)
- At least 21 years of age (if driving company vehicle required)
- Licensed driver for no less than 3 years (if driving company vehicle required)
- Successful completion of a background check
