Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Marketing, Life, you will be pivotal in creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance Integrity's presence in the Life insurance sector. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, creative campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives while managing a talented team. Responsibilities involve strategic leadership with senior stakeholders, team and budget leadership ensuring best-in-class marketing programs, and maintaining relationships with carrier partners to support product launches. The role also requires oversight of marketing budgets, management of multiple projects, and the design of advisor engagement programs. You should have over 10 years in marketing leadership, a strong background in Life insurance products, and exceptional communication skills to influence decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver results in fast-paced, sales-driven organizations
- Strong familiarity with Life insurance products (Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Universal Life, Fixed Index Annuities)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, carrier partners, and diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience developing content across channels (social, print, digital, events) and supporting large-scale initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management platforms (Asana a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
