Senior Director of Marketing & Audience Development

Job Summary
Leads integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across all DSO programming (Classical, Pops, Holiday, and Special concerts) to drive ticket sales, subscription growth, and audience engagement. Oversees strategy development, brand consistency, and collaboration with Creative Services; steers subscription strategies, patron retention, and lifecycle marketing using CRM data and audience insights; partners with analytics to build KPI reporting and translate performance into strategic recommendations; manages budgets and revenue goals, and guides cross-functional collaboration with Communications, Guest Services, Development, and People & Culture. Oversees vendor/agency relationships and team of marketing professionals across digital marketing, group sales, analytics, and retail; requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project-management skills; works in a hybrid environment with some evenings/weekends for performances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign strategy, audience development, and team leadership
