Job Summary
Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for IT responsible for owning the global program strategy across IT buying groups, guiding cross-functional teams, and aligning regional campaigns with global priorities. Leads content strategy, audience planning, and program operations, partners with creative, product marketing, and paid media, and drives KPIs across the buyer journey including engagement and marketing-influenced pipeline. This role requires strong budget oversight, cross-functional leadership without direct authority, and a data-driven mindset to optimize programs. The candidate should demonstrate genuine curiosity about AI and how to leverage it to accelerate impact for an experienced enterprise IT audience. For positions in this location, compensation ranges from $220,300 to $396,500 plus equity and benefits; compensation is location-dependent and may include additional incentive components.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or related roles within an IT B2B SaaS or technology environment
- proven track record designing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder programs at scale with measurable pipeline outcomes
- experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- strong budget management skills with P&L discipline
- data-driven decision-maker who moves from performance data to action
- clear and concise written and verbal communicator who can operate in ambiguity
