Job Summary
Senior Director of IT overseeing IT strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and corporate functions; lead modernization efforts including legacy system replacement and AI enablement, drive cloud adoption (Azure), advance data and analytics capabilities, and support end-to-end business process maturity including SIOP. Responsible for developing and executing a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with manufacturing efficiency, supply chain optimization, and customer experience; ensure governance and accountability between IT and business process owners; manage ERP (QAD) modernization and integrations, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and vendor management; lead cross-functional initiatives with ELT and functional leaders, and promote data-driven decision making and digital transformation across plants, distribution centers, and corporate locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven experience supporting ERP systems (QAD strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing systems, and distribution operations
- Experience leading cloud transformations, particularly within Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders
