Job Summary
Senior Director of HR at a premier law firm leads firmwide HR strategy and operations across attorneys and business services. Shapes the HR operating model, drives performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations, and leads the HR Center of Excellence while partnering with firm leadership to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness. Requires significant HR leadership experience (10+ years) with law firm or professional services background preferred; advanced degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
