Job Summary
Lead and develop managers across facilities, hospitality, and grounds operations while establishing clear expectations and performance metrics. Oversee campus accommodations including the award-winning hotel and Airbnb properties, ensuring consistent guest experience standards. Direct teams for mechanical systems, utilities, and preventive maintenance programs to keep infrastructure safe and functional. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and departmental budgets to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide leadership for events teams supporting weddings, retreats, and conferences while overseeing landscaping, snow removal, and environmental stewardship. Demonstrate regular on-site attendance and comply with safety regulations and operational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in facilities operations, hospitality management, campus operations, or property management
- Experience managing multi-department operational teams
- Budget management and capital planning experience required
