Job Summary
Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Castify leading growth for a B2B SaaS AI-first learning platform. Own the full marketing lifecycle and drive revenue growth through demand generation and product marketing across self-serve and sales-led motions. Define and execute go-to-market strategies, align marketing initiatives to revenue, and collaborate with Sales to accelerate growth. Responsible for creating sales enablement materials, customer-focused content, and internal training; conducting user interviews, gathering market insights, and shaping messaging and positioning. Lead a lean marketing team (one IC) and work with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success. Represent the brand at conferences and industry events, drive market expansion into post-secondary education and corporate markets, and establish KPIs and reporting to track performance. Candidates should have strong GTM partnership experience, product marketing depth, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-moving startup environment; experience marketing products in the Chrome Web Store is a plus.
