Job Summary
Lead the Gators VIP Experience vertical by building teams, establishing standards, and developing long-term strategy to elevate donor and premium client experiences across all athletics programs. Manage procurement workflows, oversee hospitality programming and gifting strategy, and collaborate with Partnerships and Development leadership to create synergistic revenue-generating platforms. Serve as the internal point of coordination for elite-level experience delivery while tracking KPIs for revenue performance and client satisfaction. Develop venue relationships to activate on-site entertainment spaces and execute a staffing plan for future hiring. This role requires a non-standard work week including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel for away games.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate area of specialization*
- Six years of experience in event management, premium experience, donor relations, or partnership management*
- Experience managing procurement, hospitality, or large-scale client programs and associated budgets
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel for select away games and production of premier events for stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must be able to multitask effectively
- Must be able to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
Desired Qualifications
