Job Summary
Lead the new Gators VIP Experience department by establishing standards, processes, and long-term strategy to elevate end-to-end experiences for donors, partners, and premium clients across all Gators Athletics programs. Oversee hospitality, gifting, procurement, and experience strategy to ensure consistency and efficiency across revenue-generating units. Collaborate with account management, Partnerships, and Development leadership to develop sellable platforms, streamline disparate processes, and create a unified strategy that enhances retention and revenue growth. Manage procurement workflows for event materials and premium assets while tracking KPIs tied to business health and client satisfaction. Develop venue relationships to activate on-site entertainment spaces and execute a staffing plan for future hiring. Work a non-standard schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel for select away games and premier events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate area of specialization*
- Six years of experience in event management, premium experience, donor relations, or partnership management*
- Experience managing procurement, hospitality, or large-scale client programs and associated budgets
- Valid driver's license
