Job Summary
Senior Director of Finance responsible for strategic financial leadership across product lines, driving revenue contribution margin and ensuring compliant financial reporting. Lead technical accounting, revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, and internal controls; oversee mergers and acquisitions financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and financial integrations; manage monthly/quarterly close processes for revenue recognition, incentives, and leases; develop high-performing finance teams and collaborate with external auditors, legal, tax, and business development to support audit and compliance; drive process improvements and automation to scale operations; support investor relations with financial insights and executive reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with SEC reporting and public company financial disclosures
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
