Job Summary
Provide strategic financial leadership and long-term financial planning for a well-established public-sector organization in Tulsa. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while overseeing grant management and compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements. Ensure adherence to GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and internal controls by directing accounting, finance, payroll, billing, and grants functions. Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals, improve financial systems and operational efficiency, and present financial reports and recommendations to governing boards. This executive role offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$105,000 DOE, full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus pension and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- CPA
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting, budgeting, grant compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience managing complex budgets and grant portfolios
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
