Job Summary
Senior Director of Event and Guest Experience leads event operations, guest services, and strategic initiatives for Legends Global at NRG Park, coordinating day-to-day event activities, front-of-house services, and multi-event projects. Responsible for executive-level project oversight, standardized processes, risk mitigation, tenant engagement, post-event evaluation, vendor coordination, and budget monitoring. Partners with executive leadership to drive innovation, service excellence, and operational efficiency; establishes KPIs for service quality and team performance; develops leaders, and ensures compliance with safety, codes, and policies.
