Senior Director of EPG Manufacturing Operations Leader (Global Scope)

Job Summary
Lead the global Manufacturing Operations function for assigned product groups, providing executive leadership in strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Serve as the critical interface with business unit executives to ensure operations meet strategic roadmaps, including delivery commitments, financial targets, and shipped product quality. Drive improvements in cost, cash, responsiveness, and consistency across distributed manufacturing and contract manufacturing environments. Develop organizational capability to support new product commercialization and enhance productivity through continuous improvement methodologies. Manage site leadership at regional EPG sites while ensuring compliance with global standards of business conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in legacy semiconductor capital equipment, including 200mm & below Semi tools, MASK Alta, and MASK Sigma-meltec platforms
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment, cost structures and proven leadership experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
- Proven strengths in multi site global leadership and leading across extensive operations footprints
- Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices as well as the changing business environment
- In-depth knowledge of own segment/function, business and commercial expertise to differentiate itself from the competition
- Demonstrates extensive experience in legacy semiconductor capital equipment, including 200mm & below Semi tools, MASK Alta, and MASK Sigma-meltec platforms
