Job Summary
Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture & Innovation to shape Taylor Corporation's application portfolio, establish architectural standards and governance, embed DevSecFinOps, and lead modernization at scale across business units. Drive enterprise reference architectures for on-prem and cloud applications, standardize technology stacks and integration patterns, define hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements. Lead a unified DevSecFinOps operating model, promote CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and cost governance. Oversee modernization initiatives (rehost/replatform/refactor/retire/replace), incubate emerging technologies, and partner with CIO/CISO to align architecture with business goals. Mentor architects, lead architecture communities, and influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or senior engineering leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Demonstrated success implementing DevOps and integrating security and financial governance practices (DevSecFinOps)
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certifications in cloud platforms or architecture frameworks
- Experience working with global teams and complex organizational structures
