Senior Director of Engineering at Lodge at Vail

Direct the daily activities of the engineering department at a large resort property, plan and organize work, train and supervise engineering staff, ensure compliance with federal/state/local codes, maintain a proactive maintenance program using CMMS/HotSos, manage budgets and capital projects, coordinate with corporate product managers and outside contractors, ensure safety and brand standards, and lead customer- and guest-satisfaction initiatives through effective communication, training, and audits. Strong technical skills across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and refrigeration are required, along with experience managing facilities operations, capital projects, vendor relationships, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ADA guidelines.
