Senior Director of Development, The Media School

Senior Director of Development for The Media School will partner with the Dean and advancement leadership to build and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on major and principal gifts, alumni engagement, corporate and foundation partnerships, and donor stewardship. The role aims to support students, faculty excellence, storytelling innovation, experiential learning, and public media impact, with a focus on philanthropy across the School and IU Foundation. This mobile, leadership position requires strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, exceptional relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to influence across stakeholders in a matrixed environment. The position reports to the Associate Vice President of Development and the Dean, and is based in Bloomington, Indiana, with a salary range of $120,000–$125,000 annually.
