Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery for the Executive Search practice by personally executing C-suite and senior leadership retained searches while building a high-performance team. Drive delivery excellence through coaching, performance management, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and accelerate speed to market. Surface market insights from candidate conversations to identify emerging talent needs and inform future opportunities, partnering with Managing Directors to convert signals into retained search wins. Evolve the search methodology to enhance agility and efficiency without compromising candidate quality.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- proven leadership of recruiting, sourcing, or delivery teams
- Strategic leader with an enterprise-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships and market insights to identify talent and organizational needs
- contributing to new client acquisition, search wins, and long-term business growth
- Strong collaborator with a track record of building trusted partnerships
