Job Summary
Senior Director of Data Analytics & Business Systems responsible for owning the data infrastructure and business systems powering Instead’s operations. Manages Salesforce, Okta, Metabase, Tableau, and ETL toolchains; builds analytics and reporting layers for product, GTM, finance, and IT operations; oversees an IT administration team across US and international offices; develops dashboards and reports (ARR, renewal schedules, cohort analysis) and ensures clean data pipelines and integrated systems. Must have deep Salesforce expertise, experience with BI dashboards, data pipelines, identity management, and the ability to translate business questions into SQL and executive-level narratives. Leadership of cross-functional analytics and IT functions, with a focus on scalable systems, data quality, and automation in a fast-growing startup environment.
