Job Summary
Senior Director of Corporate FP&A responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Partners with CEO/CFO/Board, drives AI-enabled forecasting and analytics, develops dashboards and self-service reporting, and champions AI, automation, and advanced analytics within Corporate FP&A. Key leadership responsibilities include building robust planning processes, supplying strategic financial insights, supporting M&A evaluations, and shaping performance management across Gen. Located onsite in Mountain View, CA or NYC with hybrid work arrangement, and compensation in the $220k–$250k base range with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Typically 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or financial planning experience
- Experience in a publicly traded company with SEC reporting knowledge
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills
- Experience with AI and automation tools in finance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or financial planning experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership and/or Board reporting
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI and automation tools within finance
- MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus
