Job Summary
Senior Director of Corporate Development at AfterShip who will define focus areas across partnerships, strategic deals, and adjacent opportunities; manage a focused pipeline of high-impact opportunities across platforms, marketplaces, logistics, and technology ecosystems; lead complex, high-stakes discussions with senior external stakeholders; partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership to identify opportunities that unlock disproportionate growth; build and develop the corporate development function, ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity, alignment, and measurable impact; require 10-15+ years experience in corporate development/enterprise sales, strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate across global teams and time zones; not a partnerships manager role; remote-first with hub locations and hybrid-flexible work setup, and a focus on high-impact initiatives that drive revenue, distribution, or ecosystem advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or related fields
- proven track record of leading and closing complex, high-value deals with large US enterprises
- strong negotiation skills
- comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- not a Partnerships Manager role
- ability to define and execute strategic opportunities across platforms, marketplaces, logistics, and technology ecosystems
- ability to manage full deal lifecycle from origination through negotiation, closing, and launch
