Job Summary
Senior Director of Commercial Growth (REMOTE) leads expansion across commercial markets by developing new applications, building a strong pipeline, and closing complex deals. Translates technical capabilities into customer value, builds executive-level relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners, negotiates large-scale deals, and guides a growing commercial team. Responsible for identifying opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, maintaining pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, and communicating strategy and risks to senior leadership. Travel required ~30–60% for customer, partner, and industry activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, commercial strategy, or commercial leadership.
- Proven success selling complex engineered systems, technical products, or industrial solutions.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with medium- to long-term deal timelines.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing sales or business development teams.
- Experience in industrial gas processing, medical oxygen systems, energy applications, renewable gas, or advanced manufacturing markets.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–60%
