Job Summary
Senior Director for College and Career Preparation leads the Road to College and Career team’s K-12 initiatives, overseeing College Readiness, Career Exploration, and College Access programs, and ensuring Uplift alumni achieve postsecondary goals. Responsible for setting the vision and strategic priorities for RTCC activities, guiding campus and network leadership, monitoring qualitative and quantitative data to improve college admissions outcomes, and developing aligned career pathways. The role involves identifying, researching, and acquiring programs and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the RTCC counseling program, and aligning RTCC functions across the network to support student development and learning. Strong emphasis on leadership, program development, data-driven improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Prefers bilingual capability but is not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Masters' degree preferred
- Experience with developing systems around college and career advisement and placement
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and related technology
