Job Summary
Senior Director of Card Services leads the Card Services Department for Keesler Federal Credit Union, overseeing Credit and Debit card programs, shaping roadmap, growth, and profitability; develops and monitors risk controls, KPIs, and vendor relationships; coordinates with leadership and Marketing to improve card activation, usage, and member engagement; maintains expertise on Visa/Mastercard agreements and card processor guidelines; drives product enhancements, rewards, and service delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and security; directs staffing, performance management, and reporting, and champions a sales-and-service culture to achieve member penetration and satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning, strong analytical skills, and effective communication; travel may be required to meet in-person engagements at other corporate locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent job knowledge or experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in card operations, financial services, or banking.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of card network rules, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
