Job Summary
Senior Director of Business Development for Retail/CPG and Travel, focused on net-new logo acquisition in the U.S. within IT services and BPS/managed services. Drive end-to-end multi-year transformation deals, lead solutioning with advisors, analytics, AI and cloud modernization, build and manage large account pipelines, engage C-level executives, and collaborate with industry partners to position integrated IT + BPS offerings in a global delivery model. Role emphasizes hunter sales, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to win high-value, multi-year engagements.
Required Qualifications
- ~15 years of total experience
- Minimum 5+ years of direct hunting experience in the U.S. market
- Proven experience selling IT services and BPS/managed services in a global delivery model
- Strong track record of: Converting multi-year transformation accounts > $15M; Winning and Managing additional business with $5M–$10M ACV
- Demonstrated success in multi-threading and multi-converting complex business deals
- Experience in co-creating solutions with Advisors and analysts, Technology ecosystem partners (cloud, data, AI platforms)
- Deep domain expertise in Retail/CPG and/or Travel & Hospitality
- Strong understanding of Digital, Data & AI-led transformation; Cloud migration and modernization; Intelligent automation and BPS transformation
- Strong network of enterprise clients and decision-makers in the U.S.
- Background from Tier 2 IT services/BPS firms preferred
- Core Competencies: Hunter mindset, Consultative selling, Large-scale account orchestration
