Job Summary

Senior Director of Business Development for a global IT/BPS leader, aiming to drive net-new business in Retail/CPG and Travel across the U.S. This hunter role focuses on new logo acquisition, building and managing a high-value pipeline, leading end-to-end sales strategies (origination, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, closing), and co-creating differentiated IT services with advisors, analysts, hyperscalers, and delivery teams. The role emphasizes executive engagement, industry insight, and representing the organization in strategic pursuits, with a track record of multi-year transformations and large ACV deals in a distributed delivery model.

Required Qualifications

  • ~15 years of total experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct hunting experience in the U.S. market
  • Proven experience selling IT services and BPS/managed services in a global delivery model
  • Strong track record of converting multi-year transformation accounts > $15M
  • Winning and Managing additional business with $5M–$10M ACV (annual contract value)
  • Demonstrated success in multi-threading and multi-converting complex business deals
  • Experience in co-creating solutions with advisors and analysts
  • Technology ecosystem partners (cloud, data, AI platforms)
  • Deep domain expertise in Retail/CPG and/or Travel & Hospitality
  • Strong understanding of digital, data & AI-led transformation
  • Cloud migration and modernization
  • Intelligent automation and BPS transformation
  • Strong network of enterprise clients and decision-makers in the U.S.
  • Background from Tier 2 IT services/BPS firms preferred
