Senior Director of BANISH Product

Job Summary
Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the BANISH flagship suppressor line, driving innovation and market share growth. Lead, mentor, and scale the product management and engineering teams while collaborating across development, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Prioritize features using market research and customer insights, manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, and oversee comprehensive testing to ensure regulatory compliance. Set and track key performance metrics, manage budgets and resource allocation, and coordinate with contract manufacturers to optimize inventory and production schedules. Represent the product vision to executive leadership and engage with industry stakeholders at trade shows and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of product management experience
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
