Senior Director of Advancement

Senior Director of Advancement leads strategy, execution, and growth of external-facing functions to secure sustainable funding for KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools. Responsibilities include designing multi-year advancement strategies to meet annual and long-term revenue goals, leading major gifts, institutional giving, corporate sponsorships, and events, building and stewarding a strong donor pipeline, partnering with the CEO and Board to activate networks, and ensuring robust donor tracking, reporting, and stewardship. Also responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations; serving as an external ambassador for the organization; aligning partnerships to educational priorities; scaling a structured volunteer program; developing an advocacy strategy with local and state leaders; leading a high-performing Advancement team; and managing the advancement budget. Requires strong fundraising and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to educational equity, with familiarity of Jacksonville a strong plus. Location is Jacksonville, FL; full-time role with a starting salary of $92,000 and competitive benefits.
