Job Summary
The Senior Director of New Customer Acquisition leads and scales Newrez’s customer growth engine across multiple channels. This role includes development and execution of acquisition strategies, managing partner programs, and leading a high-performing team. Strong expertise in digital acquisition, analytics, and project management is essential, along with the ability to drive performance optimization and budget management. Successful candidates will have over 10 years of relevant experience and a focus on data-driven results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or complex cross functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success scaling multichannel acquisition programs in a data driven environment
- Strong analytical capabilities
