Job Summary
Develop and implement complex contracting strategies with market leaders to align network development and cost management objectives. Lead the provider contracting team, mentor staff, and set clear goals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance network performance. Negotiate complex agreements with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary organizations to drive financial performance and ensure access to quality care. Source out-of-network provider targets and resolve provider issues regarding contract terms and reimbursement. Build strong relationships with healthcare entities to foster network stability and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role reports to the Vice President, Network Management, with a base pay of $178,848 - $234,738. The position is fully remote for candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting, network development, or related areas
- 7+ years experience negotiating complex contracts with hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers
- 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting

- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement models, and managed care principles
