Job Summary
Develop and execute field medical strategy and tactics, driving key intelligence and communication efforts while building and leading the national field medical team. Partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development to support clinical trials, manage KOL engagement plans, and oversee congress strategy including pre- and post-conference deliverables. Create compliant policies for field interactions and investigator-sponsored research, while generating strategic insights and leading quarterly reviews for senior leadership. Manage field materials creation, payer support activities, and alignment across cross-functional teams to advance the company's neuromuscular portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent), PharmD or PhD
- 10+ years of medical affairs experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
- Experience in rare diseases
- Demonstrated understanding of laws, regulations, standards, and guidance governing the conduct of field medical interactions
- This is a US based remote position
- Preference given to local New England based candidates
- Ability to travel approximately up to 50% of the time
- Minimum quarterly travel to the Entrada Therapeutics Headquarters located in Boston, MA
