Job Summary
Senior Director – Mental Health ICCE responsible for statewide implementation, administration, and clinical operation of Brain Stimulation Services (ECT, TMS, and other neuromodulation therapies). Leads a multidisciplinary team across multiple facilities, ensures high standards of patient care, safety, and effectiveness, collaborates with medical teams, state agencies, and external partners to drive evidence-based treatments, expands neuromodulation services across the Regional Health Network, oversees policy development, quality assurance, budgeting, training, and stakeholder engagement, and travels statewide. Requires a Master’s degree in a related healthcare field, 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience (5+ in mental health), experience with brain stimulation techniques, and willingness to travel statewide. Location: Charleston, SC. Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Psychiatry, Neurology, Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership in healthcare with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Mental Health
- Experience with Brain Stimulation Techniques, including ECT, TMS, and/or other neuromodulation therapies
