Job Summary

Create innovative, evidence-based delivery strategies for Dermatology trials by partnering with Indication-Specific Medical Strategy, Operations, and Sales to achieve annual Gross New Business targets. Provide scientific, clinical, and operational advice on protocol design, regulatory soundness, and patient recruitment while supporting customer and bid defense meetings. Drive thought leadership through presentations, publications, and early engagement business development activities with prospective clients. Maintain awareness of the industry pipeline and support due diligence research to guide sponsors on data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Dermatologist
  • Medical degree from an accredited and internationally recognized school
  • 5 years and above of clinical research relevant experience in a CRO or pharma
  • Robust and current knowledge of scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial and competitive landscape in Dermatology
  • Excellent skills in providing consultation and advice on multiple assignments

  • In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs
