Job Summary
Create and lead the regional medical strategy for BridgeBio's pipeline assets in Europe, ensuring alignment with US medical and brand strategies. Support launch readiness, strengthen medical capabilities, and champion rare disease insights to drive product positioning and lifecycle management. Represent regional perspectives in global forums, gather HCP insights, and partner with country teams to guide annual medical planning. Engage scientific opinion leaders, expert centers, and academic institutions to elevate awareness and standards of care in rare diseases.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in the field of life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry or veterinary medicine
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Local, Regional and Global medical affairs roles in biotech or pharma
- Proven track record of successful launches, evidence generation, publications, external medical communication, and collaboration with scientific opinion leaders
- Expertise in rare diseases
- Fluent in English
- In-office collaboration 2-3x per week in our Zug Office
- 30–50% travel to represent the company at medical conferences and industry meetings
- occasional weekend engagements
Desired Qualifications
- extensive experience across several innovative Therapeutic Areas (cardiovascular, neuromuscular, oncology)
- direct experience in rare genetic diseases specifically
