Job Summary
Lead a team of consultants and analysts across London and the US to deliver marketing evaluation and predictive modelling projects. Drive business growth by leading high-value client pitches, selling in projects, and expanding the footprint across diverse industries. Oversee end-to-end delivery of data analytics, visualisation, and client presentations while mentoring staff based on merit. Shape overall company strategy to develop innovative tools and collaborate on revenue growth management and internal process improvements. This role requires 12+ years of commercial experience in market mix modelling and a degree in Econometrics or Economics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership: You have a track record of leading teams, managing people brilliantly, and delivering high-value client projects from start to finish.
- 12+ years of commercial experience in market mix modelling and marketing analytics
- Proven ability to close high-value project sales
- Degree in Econometrics, Economics, or Mathematics (with an econometrics focus)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with and managing cross-border teams (such as bridging US and UK hubs)
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with the latest programming languages and tools used to build predictive modeling software
