Job Summary
Senior Director, Marketing – Strategy & New Product Development leads upstream marketing and innovation for the business, identifying unmet clinical needs, shaping product concepts, and translating market insights into differentiated strategies that drive long-term growth. Partners with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to guide new product development from concept through development milestones while ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and enterprise priorities. Responsibilities include leading portfolio strategy, market assessment, voice-of-customer insights, defining product concepts and value propositions, prioritizing the innovation pipeline, building business cases and financial models, and presenting updates to senior leadership. Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Travel as necessary; role is onsite with a minimum of 4 days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated success developing product strategies and guiding products through development processes
