Job Summary
Review marketing trends and advertisements to determine effective styles and strategies. Analyze sales numbers against the marketing budget to identify profit margins and top-performing campaigns. Collaborate with sales and events departments to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients. Create and maintain a successful brand image while developing strategies for new products, services, and partnerships. Manage the marketing budget, oversee reconciliation, and identify third-party contractors to implement strategies. Identify, hire, and manage the Marketing Team. Research competitors to stay current with market offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 7 + years of Marketing experience
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
