Job Summary
Senior Director, Marketing – New Product Introduction (NPI) leads global launch strategy and commercialization planning for new medical products, ensuring seamless transition from development to market with launch excellence, cross-functional readiness, and effective global-to-regional execution. Partners with upstream marketing, R&D, Sales, Market Access, and Operations to drive segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch campaigns; develops launch assets, training, and sales enablement tools; monitors performance to accelerate growth; ensures alignment between launch timelines, product availability, and supply chain readiness; builds and leads a high-performing team focused on launch excellence and commercialization. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience, and willingness to travel; U.S. sponsorship is limited to Principal-level roles and above, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and global healthcare delivery.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience (people or program), or advanced degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience; MBA or advanced degree is a nice-to-have.
