Job Summary
Lead Marketing, Communications, and CSR shared services and establish the operating rhythm to support a modern, high-performing organization. Own and evolve the teams delivering creative services, events strategy, and digital marketing, and drive planning, program management, capacity planning, intake/resourcing, and workflow management. Design and mature the operational infrastructure with standardized workflows, playbooks, tooling, and measurable performance metrics. Partner with senior leaders and oversee budget ownership and vendor management in collaboration with Finance and Procurement. Lead a diverse group of managers and individual contributors across creative, events, and digital functions; coach on prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Requires 12–15+ years in marketing/operations, B2B/auto/insuretech/SaaS experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a hybrid work arrangement with travel less than 10%.
