Job Summary

Senior Director – Marketing responsible for leading the execution and performance of marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner alignment, and support the firm’s Microsoft-based professional services. This role operates as a player-coach, translating go-to-market strategy into actionable campaigns and initiatives in close partnership with sales, partnerships, and delivery teams. Responsibilities include leading and developing a marketing team, overseeing execution across internal teams and external agencies, owning marketing performance metrics and budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving demand generation, events, and GTM campaigns in collaboration with partners (notably Microsoft and Cognizant). The role requires senior-level experience in B2B marketing, strong leadership, and proficiency with marketing analytics and CRM/automation tools. It also emphasizes solution marketing, messaging, collateral development, and enablement across enterprise accounts and partner ecosystems. The candidate should be adept at aligning programs to strategic priorities, measuring ROI, and delivering cohesive campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, cloud, or professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting consulting or services-based organizations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and managing teams in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline in partnership with sales
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, Cognizant, or similar alliances)
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in solution marketing, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
