Job Summary
Originate, manage, and grow relationships with family offices and family wealth clients across the APAC region. Develop targeted coverage strategies to build a robust pipeline and secure commitments for single/multi-family offices. Deeply understand diverse client needs to leverage Hines' global capabilities for bespoke real estate solutions, co-investments, and partnerships. Drive end-to-end capital-raising processes for Hines PWS funds and tailored strategies while collaborating closely with global Investment, Asset Management, and IR functions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform culture and growth. Stay ahead of APAC trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in private wealth, family office coverage, or capital raising
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital from family offices and family wealth clients
- Strong existing network of family offices and wealth advisors across APAC
- Results-driven with exceptional business development, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and proactive
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively across regions and functions
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Willingness to travel across APAC

- MBA, CFA, or equivalent
