Job Summary
Lead client discussions, structure high-value complex deals, and oversee credit approvals for large syndicates while driving negotiations and pricing coordination. Manage high-value client portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank objectives. Act as the primary escalation point for complex credit transactions, providing strategic advisory on structure, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance. Represent the bank at industry forums to leverage insights on trends and emerging products, delivering reports on team performance and market trends to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards (if a Credit Qualifiable role)
